Our second Moving Meditation this week is for REGRET.  What if today’s the only day we got?  We had an amazing discussion on the Zoom call this week about REGRET, or reframing those experiences of contrast or agreements we have with people so that we have “NO regrets in the end…” We want to know we got NO WHAT IF’s!
