Moving Meditation this week #2 – HEALING
Our second Moving Meditation this week is for HEALING. There are many types of healing: spiritual, physical, emotional. This MM can be used for any and all of them. Take your time, Warriors. You simply cannot rush your healing.

2. I will circle the experiences that apply to me today in my journal (some new questions to think about here).
