Moving Meditation this week #2 – SELF-FORGIVENESS

Our second Moving Meditation this week is for SELF-FORGIVENESS.  If you take the word “forgiveness” and separate it, you’ll see the words “for” and “give” — when we become forgiving we are able to give more because we are holding back less.

Ultimately forgiveness is essential to our personal expansion and spiritual growth.

We had a great discussion on the Zoom call this week about SELF-FORGIVENESS.
