5-Day SPRING FORWARD CHALLENGE

March 23 – March 27, 2021

This 5-day challenge will provide you with a daily practice of exercises for the mind, body and soul. The Alignment Essentials empowerment practices are designed to teach you a strong mind-body connection. Learn how to “Quiet Your Mind” and empower your body with simple techniques. Experience how important a daily practice is to your balance and peace of mind.

Leave the weight of winter behind and SPRING FORWARD into new energy.  “Just breathe and let go.”  There will be live virtual classes each day featuring Jani Roberts herself, with replays available on demand throughout the duration of the challenge.   The time to get started on your journey to living in alignment is NOW!

5 days of workouts; 10 chances to win

Here’s how it works:

Each day of the challenge, Tuesday through Saturday, there will be two 30-minute daily livestreamed workouts.  You will be added to a private “5-Day Spring Forward Challenge” Facebook group where the workouts will be streamed and you can connect with other participants.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE AND GET RAFFLE ENTRIES–

Each day:

①   Join us for the virtual livestream workout experience (or do the replay on demand anytime that day),

②   Take a photo that shows you did the workout (can be a selfie, a screenshot, or get creative), and

③   Post it on social media and tag us for your entry that day.

You can receive up to two possible raffle entries each day of the challenge:
1 on Facebook (tag Alignment Essentials) and
1 on Instagram (tag @alignmentessentials)
10 total entries.

Following our last workout of the Challenge, one raffle winner will get a $300 prize, and one raffle winner will get a $900 prize!

CRACK THE CODE AND WIN

In addition to the daily raffle entries, each day that you complete at least one post on social media, you will receive the CODE WORD for that day via email.  There is a code word each day, and when you put the daily words together it forms a sentence that is the Challenge Code.  Everyone participating who completes the challenge and cracks the code by the end of the week will win a prize.
