The Program; A 4-Course Series
This 4-course series is a step-by-step process to guide you on your journey of living the life you desire. Each course in the series is 90-days and focuses on learning the essential tools for Living in Alignment.
We recommend starting at Course 1 and navigating your way through each sequential course as your journey deepens.
The first steps of your AE journey will help you to understand that you must make how you feel a priority. By exploring how you feel, you will begin to pay attention to your thoughts, which create your beliefs, which create your reality.
If you want a different experience, you must begin here.
Most of us spend our time checking things off and adding things to our list. We work hard and give up time with our family and friends to get stuff done so that someday we can live the life we know we are truly meant to live.
The truth is we will never get it all done.
There are no mistakes. Not really. We have to know hot to know cold. The divorce I experienced wasn’t a mistake, it was a gift. Now, I know exactly what I don’t want in a relationship.
I learned what I didn’t want which helped me to discover what I do want.
I have experienced self-forgiveness. I am more compassionate with myself and others. I am no longer judgmental. I am quick to listen and slow to speak. I choose love over fear.
My life is FULL and I am in control of my thoughts. I AM healed!

Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga is a unique combination of Tai Chi and Yoga set to powerful music designed to quiet the mind and increase flexibility, strength, and balance.

The Warrior® Workout is a practice of mind-body connection and paying attention to how you FEEL.
Available in SILVER, & GOLD.
The Warrior® Toning workout is designed to assist participants in achieving full mind-body connection.
Through a unique combination of slow and controlled movement using a single “heavy” weight, you will be able to achieve increased total body strength as well as improve balance and agility.
