MY A.M. PRACTICE
YOU KNOW THE DRILL
FIRST THING when I wake up each day:
1. I will think of something (this can be small, keep it simple) that I appreciate and write it down in my “MY STORY” journal.*
*While I am thinking of whatever it is, in this state of appreciation I will do the Moving Meditation for APPRECIATION so that I begin to associate the feeling with the movement, song, and practice.
2. Identify the emotions or feelings I experienced upon awakening and write them down in my journal.
3. Take 5 minutes to visualize. Check!
4. (Optional) Share or post in the facebook group to let everyone know I have completed my a.m practice. My tribe is there to support me and keep me accountable!

NEW Moving Meditation this week – REASSURANCE
Our second Moving Meditation this week is for REASSURANCE. This is another Moving Meditation that does not currently appear in the VIP library or on the MM page, so it is only available right now to this group. We will be adding the official video to the MM page on the website soon. Here is your intro, breakdown, and full MM. Be sure to watch this week’s Zoom for the additional breakdown. Time for some REASSURANCE… everything really is going to be ok.

Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga
We included Round by Round breakdowns for Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga each week on your course page in the first 5 weeks of the course. We have gotten up to the breakdown for Round 4. We are taking a break from the breakdowns and simply providing a full half-hour WTCY class for you to enjoy. Use the breakdowns from the previous weeks to really work on Rounds 1-4, and use the entire class to quiet your mind!
Full Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga classes, as well as Warrior® Workouts and our other AE formats, will be introduced later in the course, but we had a few requests from some of you wanting to work this daily practice now. 1. I will note the three most dominant emotions I experienced today and write them down in my journal.
2. I will circle the experiences that apply to me today in my journal.
