Plank Practice Challenge

Hello Warriors!

WELCOME to your weekly practice – working up to a 5-minute plank series!
Let the fun begin!
How it works: 
1) Open the video below for Military Round 3 “Another Day”
(check out the breakdown video first for tips on plank form)
2) You’re going to be following JOHNNY in State of Mind 3 for the plank series
3) START WHERE YOU ARE!  You don’t have to do a 5-minute plank on your first try.  Build up to this.  It’s a PRACTICE!  So if this means start with 10 seconds of a plank – or just getting into the plank position and that’s it – start there and do the rest of the round in State of Mind 1 or 2.  Then the next day try to hold the plank a little bit longer.  15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute.  Before you know it, you’ll be doing this entire round in State of Mind 3!
4) CHALLENGE: Try to do this round once EVERY DAY this week until class next Wednesday.
