- If you purchase by December 31, 2021 with Early Bird pricing there are 2-paymnets of $850 due by December 31, 2021.
- If you purchase on or after January 1, 2022 there are 2-payment options of $1050 (total cost $2699) due by May 3, 2022.

**Note prices do not include getting to the ranch in PA. The ranch is about a 3-hour drive from the Pittsburgh airport. It’s about a 6-hour drive from the tri-state area.
Retreat Non-Refundable and Transfer Policies
There is a $599 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to RESERVE YOUR SPOT and officially register you for Retreat. Once paid, the $599 is not refundable at any time. For the remaining balance, there are no refunds of any kind, however, transfers are allowed to a maximum of once per person/registration.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to attend, the $599 deposit is non-refundable but the remainder of your registration can be transferred to another session or person through the end of 2021. This transfer can be to another person to take your spot in the 2022 retreat OR for yourself in a 2023 retreat.
NOTE: There are NO transfers to another date within the same calendar year.
- From January 1, 2022 to March 1, 2022, 50% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another session or person; the remainder is non-refundable.
- From March 2, 2022 to May 1, 2022, 25% of your registration can be transferred to another session or person; the remainder in non-refundable.
- After May 1, 2022, there are NO transfers and any remainder is non-refundable.
