RETREAT NON-REFUNDABLE AND TRANSFER POLICIES
There is a $599 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve your spot and officially register you for retreat. This $599 deposit is already included in the “pay in full” price and is required as a first payment for all other payment plans.
Once paid, the $599 is not refundable at any time. There are no refunds on the remaining balance, however a single transfer is allowed to a maximum of once per person/registration.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to attend, the $599 deposit is non-refundable but the remainder of your balance can be transferred to another retreat as follows:
- Up to December 31, 100% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another retreat; the remainder is non-refundable.
- From January 1 to March 1, 50% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another retreat; the remainder is non-refundable.
- From March 2 to May 1, 25% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another session; the remainder is non-refundable.
- After May 1, there are NO transfers and any remainder is non-refundable.
All subscriptions, including Living in Alignment, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us a email@example.com. There are no cancellation fees however cancellation will occur at the next renewal date with no refunds on previously paid fees.
You can return or exchange items to us within 30 days of purchase, so long as they are in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached, and in an unworn condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
