Bring a live Warrior® Experience to your area

Want to bring a live Warrior® Experience to your area? Whether it’s a Warrior® Workout, Moving Meditations™ Masterclass, or Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga Workshop; there is nothing like bringing the energy of a live experience to your studio.

Facility requirements*

  • Enclosed 1000 sq. ft.
  • Minimum of two working speakers (in-ceiling recessed speakers do not work)
  • No carpet or concrete
  • Wireless microphone
  • Central heating or AC in enclosed space
  • A 3.5mm connector to connect an iPod or laptop to the speakers
  • Two (2) 6′ tables
  • Access to wireless internet

*If you do not meet all of these requirements but would like to apply anyway, please detail which of these you do not have. we may be able to work with you.

Operational and registration requirements

  1. The host must provide access to the space one hour prior to event start for set-up and one hour after the event for clean up.
  2. The host is responsible for all marketing and ticket sales.

Fees

  1. All proceeds from the event go to the host.
  2. A flat fee of $500 is payable to Jani Roberts in two installments: $250 due upon booking and $250 within 24 hours after the event.
  3. AE reserves the right to cancel any event up to seven (7) days in advance due to extenuating circumstances that may arise. If AE cancels the event, the deposit is refunded.
  4. If the event is cancelled by the host, the $250 deposit is non-refundable.
