RETREAT NON-REFUNDABLE AND TRANSFER POLICIES
There is a $299 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve your spot and officially register you for a retreat. This $299 deposit is already included in the “pay in full” price and is required as a first payment for all payment plans. If you have selected the "payment plan" option, all fees are due in full two months prior to the start date of retreat. Failure to pay your account in full by that time will result in your cancellation and no refunds will be issued on the paid balance.
Once paid, the $299 is not refundable at any time. There are no refunds on the remaining balance, however a single transfer is allowed to a maximum of once per person/registration.
If for any reason you find yourself unable to attend, the $299 deposit is non-refundable but the remainder of your balance can be transferred to another retreat as follows:
- Up to December 31, 100% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another retreat; the remainder is non-refundable.
- From January 1 to March 1, 50% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another retreat; the remainder is non-refundable.
- From March 2 to May 1, 25% of your registration (less deposit) can be transferred to another session; the remainder is non-refundable.
- After May 1, there are NO transfers and any remainder is non-refundable.
NOTE: Transfers are dependent upon availability within the retreats and must be used within one calendar year. A $200 transfer fee applies.
All subscriptions, including Living in Alignment, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees; however cancellation will occur at the next renewal date with no refunds on previously paid fees.
You can return or exchange items to us within 30 days of purchase, so long as they are in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached, and in an unworn condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
