Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga is a unique fusion of Tai Chi and Yoga set to powerful music designed to quiet the mind and empower the body. allowing healing to begin from within.
Healing from the mind involves recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being and taking proactive steps to nurture and support each aspect. It's a journey that often involves a combination of self-reflection, self-care, and seeking support from others. We are here!
It is designed for all levels, and no previous experience in Tai Chi or Yoga required.

How Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga Works
To paraphrase an ancient teaching of Lao Tzu: when still, be like a mountain; when moving, flow like a river.
This extraordinary practice by Alignment Essentials®, involves a step-by-step practice for creating your own reality so you can experience more of what you want and less of what you don’t want in life.
A full Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga class is approximately 30-45 minutes long. Similar to all of the other AE formats, the class is taught in rounds, with a 2-minute Active Recovery between each round.
Warrior Tai Chi Yoga is included as part of our Living in Alignment membership to enhance and expand healing on all levels.

Tai Chi is a "moving meditation" in the form of a series of gentle exercises that create harmony between the mind and body. The ultimate purpose is to cultivate our inner life energy (qi) to flow smoothly and powerfully through the body.
This is a spiritual experience, as much as a physical one.
Within the Alignment Essentials® practice you will discover the connection between our Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga, Moving Mediations™ and Living in Alignment practices.

Warrior® Tai Chi Yoga Teacher Training & Certification is designed to not only offer you a chance to teach the practice but to also gain a deeper knowledge of the format.
